Information we collect

We collect the information you voluntarily provide through the investor profile, consultation request, deal package request, and deal alert forms — typically your name, email address, country or state of residence, and your stated investment criteria.

Investor criteria and inquiries are stored only after successful confirmation, accessible to authorized administrators. Staging does not send automated campaigns. Investor records have a 365-day retention target; source deal files have a 90-day target. Automated deletion is not yet enabled.

How information is used

Information is used solely to evaluate suitability for off-market opportunities, to respond to your enquiry, and to send opportunity notifications you have requested.

We do not sell investor information.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers directly involved in a transaction you are pursuing, such as title companies, inspectors, or lenders, and only where necessary.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting 313-484-2080.

You can unsubscribe from deal alerts at any time using the link in any message.

International investors

If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, where data protection rules may differ from those in your country of residence.
